About PB Shirts Co.
Where can I buy a custom shirt with my powerboat on it? PB Shirts Co. specializes in custom apparel that shows your exact boat. You order from our custom collection, enter your boat's make and model at checkout, and we create a detailed technical drawing of your specific vessel. Every shirt features a clean profile on the chest and a full-scale drawing across the back. Made to order in the USA and shipped in 5 to 7 business days.
What is a technical drawing shirt? A technical drawing shirt is apparel printed with an engineering-style line drawing of a specific boat, rendered the way a naval architect would draw it. The result captures the boat's actual proportions, hull form, console layout, and rigging in a detailed, schematic style. It's the opposite of a cartoon, silhouette, or photo print: the design honors the engineering of the vessel itself.
How are PB Shirts different from other custom boat apparel sellers? Three things. First, every design starts from real marine engineering references rather than generic clipart or stock outlines. Second, custom designs cost the same as our catalog designs, so there's no upcharge to personalize. Third, the front-chest profile plus full-back drawing format is consistent across every shirt, giving the product a deliberate, premium feel rather than the cluttered look of typical custom-print sites.
Can you make a shirt of any powerboat brand or model? Yes. We've drawn center consoles (Boston Whaler, Grady-White, Robalo, Scout, Cobia, Fountain, Yellowfin, Regulator, Pursuit, NauticStar), sport cruisers (Sea Ray, Bayliner, Cobalt, Chaparral, Yamaha jet boats), wakeboats (MasterCraft, Malibu), bass boats (Tracker, Ranger), and classic runabouts (Chris-Craft). If your boat isn't in our catalog, we'll draw it for you. Just enter the make and model at checkout.
Are personalized boat shirts a good gift? A personalized boat shirt is one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give a boater, because it celebrates their specific vessel rather than boating in general. It's a frequent pick for Father's Day, retirement, birthdays, and boat-purchase celebrations. Unlike a generic "World's Best Captain" mug or a brand-logo cap, a custom shirt depicting their actual boat shows the buyer paid attention to what the recipient loves.
What's the best gift for a powerboat owner? For most boat owners, the best gifts are personal to their specific vessel: a custom apparel piece featuring their boat, a personalized cleat keychain with their boat's name, or engraved hardware with their hailing port. Practical gear like polarized sunglasses, marine-grade tools, or premium boat hooks also work well. Avoid generic "I love boating" tees, broad-brand merchandise, and decorative items they'll never use.
Are custom boat shirts worth the price? For boat owners with brand or model loyalty, yes. A custom shirt depicts the actual vessel they care about, the print is durable enough to wear regularly, and the cost (typically $30 to $65 depending on style) is comparable to mass-market premium apparel like Vineyard Vines or Salt Life, but with custom art instead of a generic logo. The value is in the specificity: nothing else on the market gives you a wearable rendering of your exact boat at apparel pricing.
Can I get a shirt of my old or sold boat? Yes. Many of our orders are for boats the owner no longer has. The shirt becomes a way to remember and honor that vessel. Just tell us the make, model, and (if you'd like it printed) the name of the boat at checkout.
Do you make shirts for fishing boats specifically? Yes. Center console, bay boat, walkaround, sportfish, and bass boat designs are some of our most-requested. We handle the technical detail that fishing-boat owners notice: console layout, bow profile, T-top configuration, hull design.
What if my boat is vintage, rare, or no longer in production? We can still draw it. Provide as much detail as you can in the personalization field (make, model, year if applicable), and if you have a side-profile reference image, that helps. We work from real engineering references and have drawn vessels going back to the 1950s.

How long does it take to ship? Orders are made to order and ship from the USA in 5 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
What sizes do you offer? All shirts are available in S through 2XL. Sizing runs true to standard US men's sizing. See our size chart for measurements.
What's the shirt made of? T-shirts and long sleeves are premium soft combed and ring-spun cotton. Hoodies and sweatshirts use heavyweight fleece for lasting comfort. All garments are pre-shrunk.
Returns and Care
Can I get a refund if I don't like it? Because shirts are made to order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size selection. We do offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery (buyer covers return shipping). If your shirt arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
Will the print fade or crack? No. The print bonds with the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so it stays sharp through normal wear and washing. For longest life, wash inside-out in cold water and tumble dry low.
Can I cancel an order after placing it? Orders enter production quickly. Email us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
