From your boat to your shirt in four steps
1. Pick your style. Choose your shirt type (T-shirt, long sleeve, sweatshirt, or hoodie), color, and size. Darker colors like navy, heather grey, and charcoal show the line drawing best and hold up longest on a working boat.
2. Tell us your boat. Enter your powerboat's make and model in the personalization box. Add the year if you know it, and add your boat's name if you'd like it printed on the front chest. (Example: "Boston Whaler Montauk 170" with boat name "Reel Therapy.") The personalization form appears on every product.
3. We draft the technical drawing. Our team creates a detailed technical drawing of your specific vessel, capturing its hull form, profile, deck layout, and key proportions. If anything about the boat is unclear, we email you before printing instead of guessing.
4. We print and ship. Your shirt is printed on premium soft cotton, made to order in the USA, then shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Nothing is printed in advance, so nothing sits in a warehouse.
What prints where
Every garment uses the same layout, which is what makes a set of shirts for one crew look intentional.

What if my boat is not in your catalog? That is the normal case. Order any custom shirt and type in the make and model. Rare hulls and boats long out of production are routine.
Is there a minimum order? No. One shirt and twenty go through the same process, which is why crew sets work well here.
How do I pick a size? Shirts run true to standard US sizing. The size chart has chest and length measurements for every size.
