Questions about custom boat shirts
How does the custom boat drawing work?
Enter your boat's make, model, and name when you order. We prepare a detailed technical drawing of that specific model, showing the hull, deck, and helm the way it actually looks, and print it once your order is placed. If anything about the model is unclear, we email you a proof before printing.
What if my boat is not in the model list?
Order any custom product and type the make and model into the boat form. If we do not have that model yet, we draw it for your order. Nearly any production powerboat can be done, from center consoles to classic runabouts.
How long does it take?
Every piece is made to order. Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days, and you will get tracking by email when it leaves.
Can I add my boat name and hailing port?
Yes. The boat name is included. An optional second line, such as a hailing port or year, is available on most products.
Is the design a photo or a drawing?
It is a detailed technical drawing of the specific make and model, not a photo and not a generic boat silhouette. The drawing is prepared for your boat and printed in one or two colors depending on the garment.
What is the return policy on personalized items?
We have a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you are not happy with your order within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will reprint it or refund it in full. You keep the item, so there is nothing to send back.
