Refund policy

Because every PB Shirts Co item is custom-made with YOUR boat blueprint, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized products for buyer remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges for a different size are available within 30 days of delivery on non-customized items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on size exchanges. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
